Pancake Recipe

My personal favorite breakfast pancake recipe is the simple pancake mix – and that makes sense because that's all we're doing here. We're mixing
together ingredients that add flavor and texture to our morning meal. When you add water to any food preparation, it creates bubbles. It's also a great way to reduce cholesterol and control blood sugar levels, which are absolutely essential for those of us trying to stay healthy during the long days of travel and quarantine.

We don't need complicated baking products in order to work our magic on pancakes. These two ingredients alone are enough to give our most basic pancake mixes an extra boost of flavor. All we need is milk and flour. Once we combine them together, it's ready to go.

2 large egg whites

2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 cup whole milk

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

Mix the eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, sesame oil, milk, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Then create your batter by pouring the pancake mixture over the dry ingredients, adding more milk if necessary, and whisk to form a cohesive mass. Let the egg mixture rest on a lightly greased surface to allow the mix to age for approximately 30 minutes. The longer you leave it waiting, the stronger it will become. Don't forget the step after stirring in the powdered milk, which helps to soften the mix. After 30 minutes, pour half off of the liquid mix in a separate bowl. Use a spatula to scrape off all remaining egg mixture, making sure to get only the paste left behind. Transfer the wet mix to a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to absorb moisture and remove excess moisture from the mix. Continue to cook the mix until it reaches 165°F (80°C). Cool completely before using. Note: If you do not eat within 6 hours, you won't get enough nutrients and vitamins from this mixture for your body to function correctly. Remember, this dish should be eaten warm. Some people enjoy cold or frozen meals, but it shouldn't be enjoyed while being cooked.
